ITW Interim Leases Sample Clauses

ITW Interim Leases. Each of the ITW Interim Leases has a term of no less than ten (10) years from the date hereof (provided that such ITW Interim Lease may be terminated after four (4) years provided the conditions set forth in Section 4.8(e) are satisfied), the Tenant under each ITW Interim Lease is either Intrawest or an Affiliate of Intrawest and the obligations of such Affiliate under the ITW Interim Lease is guaranteed by Intrawest pursuant to a lease indemnity agreement in a form approved by Lender.
