Itinerant Clause Samples
Itinerant. Regular education classroom instruction for most of the school day with special education services and programs provided by special education personnel inside or outside of the regular education class for part of the school day.
Itinerant. A building administrator will work with the itinerant and the non-itinerant PE or music teacher to ensure collaboration around planning and instruction is possible. Building administrators and itinerants will meet to identify a reliably consistent and safe teaching space. When multiple itinerants of the same type are at the same building there will be sufficient materials and resources provided to each teacher. Should a concern arise the teacher should follow 27.2 of the contract. As possible, schools will have music and PE specialists assigned to the same schools. Elementary specialists who are reassigned or their building placement is changed, during or after LEAP week, will be compensated for three hours at the timecard rate.
