ITAR Flow Procedures. Subject to Section 14.2 below, for the term of this Agreement SCI, at its cost, will support the ITAR process flow requirements and support LSI’s military and aeronautical business (i.e., the manufacture of integrated circuits for military and aeronautical applications) at the Gresham Facilities.
