IT/Technical/Other. 9.5.3.1 The CONTRACTOR warrants and represents that: (a) the Services shall comply with, and be provided in accordance with, the IT, technical and other standards specified in Schedule 23 and all components and equipment supplied and/or used in the course of the provision of the Services shall be operated and maintained in accordance with their technical specifications; and (b) the provision of the Services shall not cause electrical interference beyond the limits laid down in the relevant standard specified in Schedule 23, provided that for the purpose of this Clause the Services shall be deemed to include the operation of any testing and monitoring instruments used in connection with the provision of the Services.
