IT Systems and Software Sample Clauses
The IT Systems and Software clause defines the rights and responsibilities of parties regarding the use, access, and management of information technology systems and software within the scope of an agreement. It typically outlines which party provides the necessary hardware or software, sets requirements for security and maintenance, and may address issues such as licensing, updates, and support. This clause ensures that both parties understand their obligations related to technology resources, reducing the risk of disputes over access, performance, or intellectual property ownership.
IT Systems and Software. The purchase of IT systems and software that are within the expenditure rules and are in relation to the Purpose of this Grant Agreement are permissible. Expenditure must not exceed £999.99 per single item (exclusive of VAT).
IT Systems and Software. Except as otherwise agreed by the Parties, all information technology and software, including any upgrades, used for the Facility’s operations and the provision of the Services will be handled as set forth on the Operating Services Schedule.
