Issues Tracking Log Clause Samples

The Issues Tracking Log clause establishes a formal process for recording, monitoring, and resolving issues that arise during the course of a project or contractual relationship. Typically, this clause requires the parties to maintain a shared log or register where each issue is documented, assigned a status, and tracked until resolution, often with responsibilities and deadlines clearly indicated. By providing a structured method for managing issues, this clause helps ensure transparency, accountability, and timely resolution of problems, thereby minimizing misunderstandings and project delays.
