Common use of Issuer Obligation Clause in Contracts

Issuer Obligation. No recourse may be taken, directly or indirectly, for the obligations of the Issuer, the Owner Trustee, the Delaware Trustee or the Indenture Trustee on the Notes or under this Indenture or a certificate or other writing delivered under this Indenture or the Notes, against (a) the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee or the Delaware Trustee each in its individual capacity, (b) each holder of a beneficial interest in the Issuer, (c) each partner, owner, beneficiary, agent, officer, director, employee or agent of the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee or the Delaware Trustee, each in its individual capacity or (d) each holder of a beneficial interest in the Owner Trustee, the Delaware Trustee or the Indenture Trustee, each in its individual capacity. The Indenture Trustee, the Owner Trustee and the Delaware Trustee have none of these obligations in their individual capacities. For all purposes of this Indenture, the Owner Trustee and the Delaware Trustee will be subject to, and have the benefits of, Articles V, VI and VII of the Trust Agreement.
