Issuer Acknowledgment. Such Pledgor shall, upon the Administrative Agent’s request therefor, cause each Issuer of Pledged Collateral and which Issuer is not a Pledgor itself, to execute and deliver to the Administrative Agent an Acknowledgment and Consent substantially in the form of Schedule 2 attached hereto.
