Common use of Issue Notices Clause in Contracts

Issue Notices. The Superintendent shall, in accordance with timelines and procedures set forth in statute, issue notices of probable cause for non-renewal to the employees identified for layoff in Section 6.8.9.1 above. Such employees may appeal in accordance with procedures in state statute.
