The Transfer Agent acknowledges that it has received a copy of the Company's Prospectuses with respect to its currently authorized Funds and Classes of Shares, which Prospectuses describe how sales and redemption of Shares of the Company shall be made, and the Transfer Agent agrees to accept purchase orders and redemption requests with respect to Company Shares on each Company Business Day in accordance with such Prospectuses. The Company agrees to notify the Transfer Agent as soon as possible under the circumstances of any changes in the procedures set forth in the Prospectus regarding such purchase and redemption procedures.
