Common use of Issuance Period Clause in Contracts

Issuance Period. Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) November 11, 2022 and (ii) the thirtieth day after Prudential shall have given to the Issuer, or the Issuer shall have given to Prudential, written notice stating that it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement (or if such thirtieth day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such thirtieth day). The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

Issuance Period. Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) November 11April 14, 2022 2015 (or if such date is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such date), and (ii) the thirtieth 30th day after Prudential shall have given to the IssuerCorporation, or the Issuer Corporation shall have given to Prudential, a written notice stating that it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of Shelf Notes notes pursuant to this Agreement (or if such thirtieth 30th day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such thirtieth 30th day). The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

Issuance Period. Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) November 11December 21, 2022 2010 and (ii) the thirtieth day after Prudential shall have given to the IssuerCompany, or the Issuer Company shall have given to Prudential, written notice stating that it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement (or if such thirtieth day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such thirtieth day). The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) November 11December 20, 2022 2014 and (ii) the thirtieth day after Prudential shall have given to the IssuerCompany, or the Issuer Company shall have given to Prudential, written notice stating that it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement (or if such thirtieth day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such thirtieth day). The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) November 11, 2022 the second anniversary of the date of this Agreement and (ii) the thirtieth day after Prudential shall have given to the IssuerCompany, or the Issuer Company shall have given to Prudential, written a notice stating that it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement Facility (or if such thirtieth day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such thirtieth day). The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “"Issuance Period”".
