Common use of Issuance Period Clause in Contracts

Issuance Period. Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) August 31, 2024 (or if such date is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such date) and (ii) the thirtieth day after AIG shall have given to the Co-Issuers, or the Co-Issuers shall have given to AIG, a written notice stating that they elect to terminate the issuance and sale of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement (or if such thirtieth day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such thirtieth day). The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

Issuance Period. The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “‘Issuance Period”’.”

The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.

Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement until the earlier of (i) August 31February 16, 2024 2020 (or if such date is not a New York Business Day, the New York Business Day next preceding such date) ), and (ii) the thirtieth day after AIG PIM shall have given to the Co-IssuersCompany, or the Co-Issuers Company shall have given to AIGPIM, a written notice stating that they elect it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement (or if such thirtieth day is not a New York Business Day, the New York Business Day next preceding such thirtieth day). The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period.”.”

Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement after December 28, 2004 and until the earlier of (i) August 31December 28, 2024 2007 (or if such date day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such dateday) and (ii) the thirtieth day after AIG Prudential shall have given to the Co-IssuersCompany, or the Co-Issuers Company shall have given to AIGPrudential, a written notice stating that they elect it elects to terminate the issuance and sale of Shelf Notes pursuant to this Agreement (or if such thirtieth day is not a Business Day, the Business Day next preceding such thirtieth day). The period during which Shelf Notes may be issued and sold pursuant to this Agreement is herein called the “Issuance Period”.”
