Common use of Issuance of the Series of Notes Clause in Contracts

Issuance of the Series of Notes. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Trust shall, in accordance with the Indenture, issue and deliver or cause to be issued and delivered the aggregate principal amount of the Series of Notes specified in the related Pricing Supplement or supplement to the Indenture against payment therefor. The Holders of the Series of Notes shall only have a right to receive payments from the Collateral as described in the Indenture and shall have no right to receive payments under the assets held in any other trust organized under the Program.
