Issuance of Subordinate Debt. In addition to the Loan, any Senior Debt and any Parity Debt, from time to time the Agency may issue or incur Subordinate Debt in such principal amount as shall be determined by the Agency, provided that the issuance of such Subordinate Debt shall not cause the Agency to exceed any applicable Plan Limitations.
