Following an exercise as provided in Section 5 above, the Warrant Shares so purchased shall be issued and the Holder shall be deemed the record owner of such Warrant Shares, as of the close of business on the date on which the last of the actions required to exercise the Warrant as provided in Section 5 above has been completed.
