ISSUANCE OF NEW WARRANTS; CORPORATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT. Upon any partial exercise of this Warrant, the Corporation, at its expense, will forthwith and, in any event, within ten (10) days after such partial exercise issue and deliver to the Holder a new warrant or warrants of like tenor, registered in the name of the Holder, exercisable, in the aggregate, for the balance of the Warrant Shares.
