Issuance of Legal Enactments. 1. (a) Each Member State shall, no later than ninety (90) days for ASEAN-6 and six (6) months for CLMV after the entry into force of this Agreement, issue a legal enactment in accordance with its laws and regulations to give effect to the implementation of the tariff liberalisation schedules committed under Article 19.
