Common use of Issuance of Facility Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Facility Letters of Credit. (a) Each Issuer agrees, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, to issue from time to time for the account of the Borrower, through such offices, branches or affiliates as it and the Borrower may jointly agree, one or more Facility Letters of Credit in accordance with this Section 2.19, during the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the thirtieth (30th) day prior to the Termination Date. Each Facility Letter of Credit shall be in form reasonably satisfactory to the Issuers.

Issuance of Facility Letters of Credit. (a) Each Issuer agrees, on the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, to issue from time to time for the account of the Borrower, through such offices, offices or branches or affiliates as it and the Borrower may jointly agree, one or more Facility Letters of Credit in accordance with this Section 2.192.22, during the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the thirtieth (30th) day prior to the Termination Date. Each Facility Letter of Credit shall be in form reasonably satisfactory to the Issuers.
