Common use of Issuance of Class R-II Certificates Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Class R-II Certificates. The Trustee acknowledges the assignment to it of the REMIC I Regular Interests and, concurrently therewith and in exchange therefor, pursuant to the written request of the Company executed by an officer of the Company, the Trustee has executed, authenticated and delivered to or upon the order of the Company, the Class R-II Certificates in authorized denominations. The interests evidenced by the Class R-II Certificates, together with the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-6, Class A-7 Certificates and the Class A-8 Component A, B, C and D, constitute the entire beneficial ownership interest in REMIC II.

The interests evidenced by the Class R-II Certificates, together with the Class A-1, Class A-2, Class A-3, Class A-4, Class A-5, Class A-6, Class A-7 A-7, Class A-8 Certificates and the Class A-8 A-9 Component A, B, C and D, constitute the entire beneficial ownership interest in REMIC II.
