Common use of Issuance and Purchase of ADSs Clause in Contracts

Issuance and Purchase of ADSs. (a) Subject to the terms set forth in this Agreement, at the Closing (as defined herein), the Company agrees to issue 1,974,755 ADSs at the issue price of $4.70 per ADS, and Purchaser agrees to subscribe for and purchase the number of Shares at the aggregate issue price (the “Issue Price”) set forth opposite its name on Exhibit C.

Issuance and Purchase of ADSs. (a) Subject to the terms set forth in this Agreement, at the Closing (as defined herein), the Company agrees to issue 1,974,755 an aggregate of 2,120,141 ADSs at the an issue price of $4.70 2.83 per ADS, and the Purchaser agrees to subscribe for and purchase the number of Shares at the aggregate issue price (the “Issue Price”) set forth opposite its name on Exhibit C.A.

(a) Subject to the terms set forth in this Agreement, at the Closing (as defined herein), the Company agrees to issue 1,974,755 an aggregate of 9,708,738 ADSs at the an issue price of $4.70 2.06 per ADS, and each Purchaser agrees to subscribe for and purchase the number of Shares at the aggregate issue price (the “Issue Price”) set forth opposite its name on Exhibit C.A.
