Common use of Issuable on Exercise of Warrants Clause in Contracts

Issuable on Exercise of Warrants. The Company will at all times reserve and keep available out of its authorized but unissued shares of capital stock, solely for issuance and delivery on the exercise of this Warrant, a sufficient number of shares of Common Stock (or Other Securities) to effect the full exercise of this Warrant and the exercise, conversion or exchange of all other Common Stock Equivalents from time to time outstanding (or Other Securities), and if at any time the number of authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock (or Other Securities) shall not be sufficient to effect such exercise, conversion or exchange, the Company shall take such action as may be necessary to increase its authorized but unissued shares of Common Stock (or Other Securities) to such number as shall be sufficient for such purposes.
