ISSUABLE IN SERIES; GENERAL TITLE. The Notes may be issued in series as from time to time shall be authorized by the Debtor. With respect to the Notes of any particular series, the Debtor may incorporate in or add to the general title of such Notes any words, letters or figures designed to distinguish that series. Each series shall be designated sequentially with Roman numerals beginning with Series I and each class shall contain a sequential alphabetic designation beginning with Class A.
