If Contractor or any Contractor Party is classified as a Class 1 Contractor (as defined in the Contractor Safety Manual) by Company, Contractor and such Contractor Party shall register with Company’s vendor workplace safety management company, ISNetworld (“ISN”) and shall obtain and maintain during the Term an “Approved” status from ISN.
