ISM and ISPS Compliance. With effect from seven (7) days after the Delivery Date, the Borrower shall comply in all material respects with the ISM Code and the ISPS Code or any replacements thereof and in particular (without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing) shall procure that the Operator holds (i) a valid and current DOC issued pursuant to the ISM Code, (ii) a valid and current SMC issued in respect of the Vessel pursuant to the ISM Code, and (iii) an ISSC in respect of the Vessel, and the Borrower shall promptly, upon request, supply the Facility Agent with copies of the same.
