Common use of ISIN and Common Code Numbers Clause in Contracts

ISIN and Common Code Numbers. The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use “ISIN” or “Common Code” numbers, and if so used, such ISIN and Common Code numbers shall be included in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of the ISIN or Common Code numbers printed in the notice or on the Notes, that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such notice shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such ISIN or Common Code numbers. The Issuer shall promptly notify the Trustee, in writing, of any such ISIN or Common Code number used by the Issuer in connection with the issuance of the Notes and of any change in any such ISIN or Common Code number.

The Issuer will promptly notify the Trustee in writing of any initial ISIN or Common Code numbers and any change in the ISIN or Common Code numbers. The Issuer shall promptly notify the Trustee, in writing, of any such ISIN or Common Code number used by the Issuer in connection with the issuance of the Notes and of any change in any such ISIN or Common Code number.
