ISIN. Share price/ value (new shares)

ISIN. The Company in issuing the Bonds may use an ISIN, and if so, the Company shall use the ISIN in notices of redemption or exchange as a convenience to Holders; provided however that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of the ISIN pointed in the notice or on the Bonds, and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Bonds.
