IRS Forms. The Seller shall or shall cause the Originator to file all IRS forms 1099, 1099A, 1098 or 1041 and K-1 which are required to be filed on or before the Transfer Date in relation to the servicing and ownership of the related Mortgage Loans. The Seller or Originator shall provide copies of such forms to the Purchaser upon request and shall reimburse the Purchaser for any costs or penalties incurred by the Purchaser due to the Seller's or Originator's failure to comply with this paragraph.
