Irrevocable Subscription. The Subscriber hereby acknowledges and agrees that this Agreement is irrevocable and that, except as provided herein, the Subscriber is not entitled to cancel, terminate or revoke this Agreement, and this Agreement shall survive the death or disability of the Subscriber and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Subscriber and the Subscriber's respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors, legal representatives and assigns.
