IRREVOCABLE RETIREMENT. Employee, contemporaneously with the execution of the AGREEMENT, shall submit her irrevocable letter of Retirement from employment with the College. A copy of Employee’s irrevocable letter of Retirement is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Appendix A, which is hereby accepted by College.
