Irrevocable Instructions. These Irrevocable Instructions delivered by the Company to the Transfer Agent are irrevocable and the Transfer Agent is hereby directed not to follow any subsequent direction of the Company, written or oral, delivered subsequent to the date hereof relating to the matters contained herein which are inconsistent with these Irrevocable Instructions.
