Common use of Irrevocable Enactments Clause in Contracts

Irrevocable Enactments. While this Agreement remains outstanding and unpaid, any ordinance, resolution or other enactment of the Governing Body applying the Pledged Revenues for the payment of this Agreement, including the Ordinance shall be irrevocable until the Project has been fully acquired and completed, and the Loan Amount, including all principal and interest has been repaid, or provision made for payment thereof, and shall not be subject to amendment or modification in any manner which would result in any use of the proceeds of this Agreement in a manner not permitted or contemplated by the terms hereof. The Borrower/Grantee shall not impair the rights of the Finance Authority or of any holders of bonds or other obligations payable from the Pledged Revenues while this Agreement is outstanding.
