Irregularities in Documents. In the event the Payments Administrator reasonably determines that any Payment and Tax Form or other document has been improperly completed or executed, that any of the Certificates received, if applicable, are not in proper form, or that some other irregularity exists, the Payments Administrator shall attempt to cause such irregularity to be corrected. As to any irregularity that the Payments Administrator cannot resolve, the Payments Administrator shall provide notice to Buyer for instructions and final determination.
