Common use of Irreconcilable Differences Clause in Contracts

Irreconcilable Differences. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if, after entering into this Agreement, the parties are unable to negotiate the improvements, including, but not limited to the decorative selections, or otherwise, in Seller’s opinion, develop irreconcilable differences, Seller shall have the right to terminate this Agreement. In such event, subject to Seller’s right to retain the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money under the terms of this Agreement, the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money shall be returned in full to Buyer. Effective upon any such termination and, if applicable, Buyer’s receipt of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Money, the parties shall have no further obligations under this Agreement.
