Irish Guarantor Clause Samples
Irish Guarantor. This Guarantee does not apply to any liability to the extent that it would result in this Guarantee constituting unlawful financial assistance within the meaning of, in respect of any Irish Guarantor, Section 82 of the Irish Companies ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ of Ireland.
Irish Guarantor. This Agreement does not apply to any liability to the extent that it would result in this Agreement: (a) constituting unlawful financial assistance within the meaning of Section 82 (Financial assistance for acquisition of shares) of the Irish Companies Act; or (b) being prohibited under Section 239 (Prohibition of loans, etc., to directors and connected persons) of the Irish Companies Act.
Irish Guarantor. Receipt by the Administrative Agent of a Joinder Agreement executed by McAfee Ireland Limited causing it to become a Guarantor hereunder.
