IRA PROVISIONS. In all cases, the trust or custodial account agreement for the IRA shall determine (subject to the Code) the specific features of the IRA, which may include the availability of certain types of investment options, distributions, and other features allowed but not mandated by the Code. Any provision of this Group Contract which relates to a feature that conflicts with the IRA shall not apply.
