IPP Activities Sample Clauses
IPP Activities. IPP activities include but are not limited to:
(1) reviewing, field verifying and ensuring that all entries in the Industrial Waste Discharge Permit application are complete and accurate
(2) identifying the appropriate industrial classification and draft site-specific permits for approval and issuance by the City
(3) performing compliance inspections
(4) sampling and monitoring of permittees discharge reflecting the Class of Permit and in compliance with Regulatory Requirements
(5) conducting follow-up inspection as required
(6) assisting in administering the progressive enforcement actions against consistent violators of permit requirements
(7) sampling and monitoring wastewater flow to and from the City of Los Angeles for those constituents required by contract with Los Angeles or Permit and Regulatory Requirements
(8) documenting and maintaining all required records
(9) preparing and submitting all required reports to all federal, state, local regulatory agencies and to the City, as required.
