IPERS. All regular employees are required to participate in IPERS. *$50,000 group term life insurance with additional $50,000 death and dismemberment benefits (Must work 20 hours per week, 0.5000 FTE, to qualify) Eight paid holidays which include Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, and the Fourth of July.
