Ip Confidentiality. Executive agrees that all intellectual property created during the course of employment, including but not limited to inventions, designs, developments, and works of authorship, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company. Executive hereby assigns all rights, title, and interest in such intellectual property to the Company and agrees to assist in documenting and protecting these intellectual property rights as needed.
