The Company has established Terms of Use for the Website, which Terms of Use may be amended from time to time by the Company in its sole discretion. Holders of INX Tokens must comply with the Terms of Use for the Website. The Website may be limited, unavailable or interrupted at any time, including, but not limited to, during periods of peak demand, market volatility, system upgrades, maintenance, or during any other events impacting holders of INX Tokens, the Company or third party providers providing systems or services necessary for the Website to be available and that the Company will not be liable, and the Company shall not have any liability to any holders of INX Tokens for any losses arising out of or relating to any inaccuracies, duplications or errors in any purchases placed on the Website or resulting transactions.
