Involuntary Termination Unrelated to a Change in Control. In the event of: (i) an involuntary termination of Executive’s employment by the Company for any reason other than Cause, death or Disability, or (ii) Executive’s resignation for Good Reason, and if Section 3 does not apply, Executive shall be entitled to the benefits provided in subsection (b) of this Section 2.
