Involuntary Termination during a Change in Control Period. If Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated as a result of an Involuntary Termination during a Change in Control Period, then subject to Executive signing the Release and any revocation period with respect thereto expiring without revocation within 60 days following the date of termination, Executive shall receive the following benefits, in addition to any compensation and benefits earned and unpaid under Section 3 through the date of Executive’s termination of employment:
