Invoices and other Documents. The Seller shall issue an official value-added, sales (or similar) tax invoice in addition to the price, in accordance with applicable laws. When requested by either Party, the other Party shall furnish without charge evidence of tax or duty exemption acceptable to the taxing or customs authorities.
