If PG&E determines Contractor's invoice does not meet the invoicing requirements, PG&E will notify Contractor of the deficiencies or return the invoice to Contractor with noted deficiencies. Contractor shall provide such documents or information correcting such deficiencies, or for invoices returned to Contractor, Contractor shall resubmit a corrected invoice.
