Investor Records. The Management Company has the responsibility to maintain Register of Unit Holders and for this purpose it may appoint a Registrar, who shall be responsible for performing Registrar Functions.
Investor Records. The Investment Adviser has the responsibility to maintain investor records and for this purpose it may appoint a Registrar, who is responsible for maintaining investors’ (Certificate Holders') records and providing related services. The Registrar shall carry out the responsibility of maintaining investors’ records, issuing statements of account, issuing Certificates representing investment of the Certificate Holders in the Scheme, processing dividend payments and all other related activities.
