Common use of Investor Funds Clause in Contracts

Investor Funds. A. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the information set forth in the disclosures outlined on WeFunder, Investor agrees to provide Company with the dollar amount of funds (Investment Amount) set forth on the signature page of this Agreement (the “Investor Funds”), which Investor Funds will be applied toward the production of, and, if funds remain, the marketing and distribution of, the Picture.
