Common use of Investments through Distributor Clause in Contracts

Investments through Distributor. The Company and the Shareholder Servicing Agent hereby agree that all purchases of Class B Shares effected by the Shareholder Servicing Agent on behalf of its Customers shall be effected by it through Stepxxxx Xxx. ("Distributor") in its capacity as the Fund's principal underwriter.
