Investment Suitability. The Subscriber has such knowledge and experience in financial and business affairs as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the investment hereunder in Units and is able to bear the economic risk of loss of such investment. The Subscriber is aware of the characteristics of the Units and of the risks associated with an investment in the Units. The Subscriber is not relying on the Manager to ensure than an investment in the Fund by the Subscriber is suitable for the Subscriber, and based on the advice of the Subscriber’s own advisers, the Subscriber has made that determination.
