Common use of Investment of Transferred Assets Clause in Contracts

Investment of Transferred Assets. Funds transferred to the Trustee pursuant to Section S21.4 shall be invested in accordance with Section S21.7. Thereafter, the Member may change the portion of his Account that is invested in each Investment Fund in accordance with Article V of the Plan.

Investment of Transferred Assets. Funds transferred to the Trustee pursuant to Section S21.4 S16.4 shall be invested in accordance with Section S21.7S16.8. Thereafter, the Member may change the portion of his Account that is invested in each Investment Fund in accordance with Article V of the Plan.

Thereafter, the Member may change the portion of his Account that is invested in each Investment Fund in accordance with Article V of the Plan.

Thereafter, the Member may change the portion of his Account that is invested in each Investment Fund in accordance with Article V of the Plan.
