Common use of Investment of Payment Fund Clause in Contracts

Investment of Payment Fund. The Payment Agent shall invest any cash included in the Payment Fund as directed by the Surviving Corporation. Any interest or other income resulting from such investments shall be paid to the Surviving Corporation. The Surviving Corporation shall replace any net losses incurred by the Payment Fund as a result of investments made pursuant to this Section 2.2(f).
