Investment of Moneys. (a) Any moneys held as a part of the Project Fund or any fund other than the Bond Fund or the Rebate Fund shall be invested or reinvested by the Trustee, to the extent permitted by law, at the written request of and as directed by a Company Representative, in any of the following qualified investments:
